- General Terms: These terms apply to Runcton Farm Shop gift cards purchased in-store. By purchasing or redeeming a card, you accept these terms.
- Validity: This card expires 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will be cancelled.
- Redemption: This gift card is redeemable for goods/services at Runcton Farm Shop/Pet Food Warehouse/Runcton Farm Cafe.
- Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Balance & Top-ups: The card balance can be checked in-store. Cards can be topped up in-store.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat this card as cash; Runcton Farm Shop is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
- Purchases: If a purchase exceeds the card balance, the difference must be paid by another payment method.
- Activation: This card has no value until activated by a cashier at the time of purchase.
- Changes to Terms: Runcton Farm Shop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
